Course contents:
This course contains 6 chapters. All chapters have 1 lesson, except for the positivity chapter which has 2 lessons.
Every lesson includes a video and a list of exactly what’s included in each lesson: each lesson contains a graphic and a worksheet.
The lessons are designed to be concise and digestible so you can spend 10-15 minutes on each lesson and walk away with a better understanding of ideas and strategies that you can apply.
The last chapter is your opportunity to reflect on everything you’ve learned and consider how you’ll implement the pillars of confidence.
Course instructions:
For each lesson, watch the video and complete the worksheet, which is linked directly within the lesson. The worksheets are fillable PDFs so you can save them to your computer or print them out. Make sure you save the PDF to your computer/phone or the information you fill in won’t be available the next time you log-in. Alternatively, download the complete digital workbook with all worksheets from the course, so you can have all the worksheets in one place. You can also save worksheets to your phone so you can view them on the way to/from practice.
Complete all lessons at your own pace and then reflect on how you will put them into practice. Use the strategy reflection to consider what you’ll carry with you and the strategy checklist to track your confidence building strategy practice.
